There is a particular quality to a room that has been truly considered. It is not always easy to name. It is felt in the way the light moves through the space in the morning, in the proportion of the furniture, in the sense that everything has been placed with purpose. Rooms like that do not happen by accident.
Urvashi Patel Interiors exists to create spaces with that quality — for clients who sense that something is not quite right in their home, and who are ready to understand why.

Every project begins with the same question: how should this space make you feel?
The answer draws on more than aesthetics. It draws on environmental science, spatial psychology, and an understanding of how light, orientation, proportion, and material interact with the rhythms of daily life. These are not abstract ideas. They are the practical foundation of every design decision made in this studio — from the placement of a sofa to the selection of a paint colour.
This approach is not reserved for certain clients or certain budgets. It is the methodology. It is how every project is designed, at every scale.
The result is interiors that are not simply finished. They are right.

ABOUT
the designer
I came to interior design by an unusual route — and I think that is precisely what makes the work stronger.
Twenty years in integration development taught me how to think in systems, solve problems with rigour, and find the structure beneath complexity. Ten years of painting and visual arts practice taught me to see — to understand colour, composition, and the weight of a mark. These two disciplines, which might seem to have nothing in common, are in constant conversation in the way I work.
I am currently completing my professional diploma and building formal study in the science of spatial wellbeing.
I believe deeply that a well-designed home is not a luxury. It is a form of care — for yourself, for your family, for the life you are building. That belief is at the centre of everything I do.

Working with Urvashi Patel Interiors is a considered process. It begins with listening — not just to what you want a room to look like, but to how you live in it, how you move through it, what you want to feel when you come home.
From that understanding, everything follows.
Services range from introductory colour and space consultations to full remote e-design packages, spatial wellbeing assessments, mood board and concept design, and furniture and materials sourcing. All work is delivered with the same level of care, whatever the scope.
